NuDesign is locally owned and operated right here in Tulsa Oklahoma. Our policy is simple, treat our tenants the way we would expect to be treated. All of our properties are are soley owned by NuDesign, and are a long term investment for our company. Every property has undergone a thorough inspection process to ensure your home will be safe, comfortable and problem free. In the event of a maintenance issue, every measure will be taken to assure that it is resolved quickly and with as little inconvenience to our tenants as possible. Our on-line payment process makes paying rent a snap, and gives the tenant complete access to all transactions and payment history, all from your computer or mobile device.
